About Me

In case anyone wonders who is the person behind this blog, it's me, Edhika Nurul Almi. Most people call me Edhika, but family and friends from childhood call me Dhika. Funny thing related to my name, because in Indonesia the name Dhika is more common for males, sometimes people call me 'Mas', 'Pak' (Indonesian for 'Sir') in written communication like emails or chats. Then, someone who knows me in the chat group will say "Ini mbak, bukan mas (which translates like 'It's Miss, not Sir or Mr.')."😆

I am Indonesian, currently living in Japan. Came to Japan to pursue my study then started my career by working in a Japanese company.

I enjoy watching movies or tv series, traveling, and taking pictures. I do play games, sometimes, but I always return to my favorite games; The Sims and Harvest Moon (now it's known as Story of Seasons / Bokujo Monogatari).

I started this blog to practice writing in English. Since I am still practicing, so I'll continue to write in English. Other than English, I also speak Indonesian and Japanese. Been trying to learn Spanish, but it's been hard to stay motivated and discipline when there's no concrete goal. So, it's been few steps forward and more steps backward 😅
